Bookings are available from Friday to Friday.
Short breaks are available from October until May, Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday, 3 nights minimum stay.
Covid Restrictions
If COVID RESTRICTIONS prevent your stay we can change your dates or refund in full
Arrival - please advise your approximate time of arrival so that we can meet you and show you round the log cabin and how to work the log burner and hot tub.
Check in is available from 3pm on your arrival day, please vacate by 10am on your departure day.
Deposits a non refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid when booking, once this is received we will confirm your booking. The final payment is then required 4 weeks before your arrival date. Travel insurance is recommended just in case you have to cancel.

Other Information
Cancellations
If you have to cancel your holiday we will try to re-let the log cabin and if we manage to do so we will refund you the full price paid less an administration fee, although if we are unsuccessful you would be liable for the full price. If we have to cancel your booking for any reason you will be entitled to a full refund
Occupants
The party leader must be over 18 years of age at the time of booking and the names and addresses of all party members should be provided. Noise please keep noise to a minimum before 8am and after 11pm.
Breakages
Please take reasonable care and leave the log cabin in the same condition as you found it. Please inform us of any breakages - we don't expect payment for the odd little accident though more expensive breakages would have to be paid for.
Smoking
No smoking inside the log cabin or on the verandah, please smoke in the garden area well away from the log cabin.
Pets
One well behaved dog can stay for an extra £25 each per booking, but no dogs in the bedrooms or on the furniture. We provide dog cleaning towels for after muddy walks.
Tariff
Included in your holiday price is electric, heating, logs, linen, towels, a welcome pack, cleaning equipment, basic toiletries, and tea/coffee/sugar.

Accidents, injury and personal property
We shall have no liability for the death or personal injury to you or any member of your party. Your baggage and belongings are at your risk at all times. No liability is accepted in respect of damage or loss of hirer's vehicles or contents.
